We are now enrolling students for the 2010 – 2011 school year. The following are the steps to enroll. Submit the completed registration form and $200 per student registration fee with the following items: Copy of birth certificate Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic) Copy of report card (entering grades 2 – 8) Applicants will be admitted in this order: 1. Children whose siblings are presently enrolled 2. Children of St. Olaf Parish 3. Children from other Catholic parishes 4. Children of non – Catholic families You may mail in your registration materials. We will inform you of your acceptance status by mid-March. If we are unable to accept your child, your registration fee will be refunded to you. Once accepted, the following items need to be submitted in order to complete the registration process: Remaining school fees paid Pink immunization form Blue emergency card Signed FACTS tuition agreement Reduced tuition application is available at www.factstuitionaid.com. You may apply any time after registration materials are submitted.
