2024/2025 Tuition Contract
Dear Saint Olaf Families,
Thank you for your patience as we have been preparing for Tuition Contract season. I look forward to serving you all for the 2024-2025 school year at Saint Olaf Catholic School.
Next year all payments to the school will be made through FACTs. This is a system we have used for many years and many of you will be familiar with it and still have an account. It is used by most other Utah Catholic Schools for payment plans. FACTs is a large third party company that has two different programs related to tuition payments. First is their payment plan, every family must sign up for this portion. This requires the selection of a payment plan and banking/payment information, but will not require any financial data. Second, FACTs offers a Fair tuition program that helps principals determine a fair and reasonable reduction in tuition. This portion is voluntary, based on financial information you submit, and is for the purpose of tuition reduction, NOT PAYMENT. (Both the payment plan and grant/aid require only one account.)
If you receive Children First, Carson Smith, FACTs tuition forgiveness, Ace, or Skaggs Scholarship Funding, it will be reflected in your tuition assigned. If you receive Utah Fits All, the funding is paid directly to you and will not be reflected in reduced tuition as the school does not directly receive that funding.
Finally, FACTs has a Student Information System (SIS) that we will be moving to for next year. This system replaces Finalsite and Blackbaud and will be ready to launch this summer. Please keep an eye out for further communication regarding this.
